Joe Wantland

Since 1976, Joseph J. Wantland has dedicated his legal career to helping Bullitt Countians deal with real issues that affect them every day. For generations, Joe has helped people with life as it happens – divorce, bankruptcy, personal injury, and criminal problems. Joe has represented literally thousands of people in divorces.
Joe, “Pop” is the founder of the Wantland Law practice. Joe is easing into retirement and enjoys traveling the world, taking French lessons, and visiting France twice a year.
Kaitlyn Evangelista
Paralegal
Ms. Evangelista has a degree in Paralegal and Litigation Technologies. Kaitlyn has significant experience in assisting with demand letters, complaints, motions and other pleadings at the outset of the case. She also excels at client relations, and has extensive experience with document management using Clio.
Kaitlyn is a movie buff and has a weakness for cheesecake. Please help us welcome Kaitlyn to the family. We are beyond thrilled that she is on board!

Terry is a client relations specialist and a new addition to Wantland Law, PLLC. He is a professional Notary Public, and his responsibilities include, client communication, assisting Attorneys and clients with preparation and finalization of personal injury cases, and bringing fun and laughter into the office!
